If students desire to enroll in Systems, Electronics, Telecommunications, Industrial or Administrative Engineering, they must:
1. Take a placement test. In order to do so, they must go to the Information Center (3rd Floor, Tower I Galileo), where personnel will provide date, time and classroom where the next placement test will take place; as well as the documents necessary to enroll.
2. Pay, in advance, for the placement test at Banco Industrial, Agencia Galileo (3rd floor, Tower II Copernico).
3. On test day, students must arrive before 7:30 a.m. with a proof of payment and a photo ID. After the test, students will be informed of when results will be available for collection.
4. The day results are collected, the Deans will provide students information about the different degrees in an informative lecture. Students will be given a letter that will go through the enrollment procedure as well as the enrollment dates. They will also provide information about pre university courses.
5. Students must submit the following documents at the Registration Department or Academic Control Department:
- Photostat copy of Degree Certificate
- Official transcripts of the preceding two years of study
- The original and a photocopy of Identity Card (Cedula de Vecindad), Passport or Birth Certificate.
- A recent 3x4-cm photo.
6. Pay the corresponding fee in Banco Industrial Agencia Galileo and take the photo for the student ID.
7. On the date established on the academic calendar, students must go to the Computing Department (Office 207, 2nd Floor, Tower I Galileo) for course registration.
For Advanced Technical Degrees, Diploma Degrees, B.S. in Computing Systems Administration, B.A. in Education, Master’s Degrees and Postgraduate Degrees, students must go to their own degree course or program secretary’s office.
