In order to transfer from other universities into Systems, Electronics, Telecommunications, Industrial or Administrative Engineering, students must:

1. Submit at the Academic Control Department (2nd Floor, Tower III Keppler) the necessary paper work for enrollment and for the procedure of transferring credits. There, they will also be able to enroll and receive academic counseling.

2. Pay corresponding fee at Banco Industrial (3rd Floor, Tower II Copernico)

3. In order to obtain:

• Universidad Galileo students ID (required), students must go to the ID unit (3rd Floor, Tower II Copernico, inside Banco Industrial) and present proof of payment.
• Parking card, students must go to UFM (Universidad Francisco Marroquín, Registry Office, 2nd Floor, Administrative building) and obtain a UFM parking card.

4. Register for the corresponding courses in the Computing Department (Office 207, Tower I Galileo).

NOTE: When enrolling for a course, students must take into account the following:

• Students can do a no-fee withdrawal from a course only during the first two months of the semester.
• Students can do no-grade withdrawals (must pay for the whole course, but their academic credits are not affected).
